Palpable

Palpable is a manifestation app for affirmations, visualisations and scripting. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the Palpable app on iOS and Android, and to this website.
Palpable is operated by Osama Abrar ("we", "us"). You can reach us any time at osama.0035@gmail.com.
We ask for your first name during onboarding so the app can address you personally and so your affirmations read naturally. You can enter anything you like here — it does not have to be your legal name.
Palpable has one sign-in method per platform. On iOS it's Sign in with Apple: Apple sends us a unique identifier for your account and an email address, and if you chose Hide My Email, that address is a private relay created by Apple and we never see your real one. On Android it's Google Sign-In: Google sends us your name, your email address and a unique identifier for your Google account. On neither platform do we ever receive your password.
Affirmations, scripts, visualisations, notes and any other entries you write in Palpable are stored so they're there when you come back and so they sync across your devices. We treat this as private content. We do not read it for advertising and we do not sell it. Some of it is sent to our AI provider when you use AI-powered features — see AI features below.
Purchases are handled entirely by the store you downloaded Palpable from — Apple's App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android. We receive confirmation of whether your subscription is active and when it renews or lapses. We never see your card number, billing address or any payment details — those stay with Apple or Google.
To keep your subscription working across devices and platforms, we use RevenueCat. It receives your purchase receipts from Apple or Google along with an app-specific identifier for your account — not your name, email or payment details.
Some parts of Palpable generate text for you — personalised affirmations, scripting prompts and similar. To do that, we send the relevant text to OpenAI, which processes it and returns a result.
What gets sent is the content needed for that request: your prompt or entry, your first name where it personalises the output, and context from the feature you're using. We do not send your email address or your Apple account identifier.
OpenAI processes this as our service provider under its API terms. Under those terms, content submitted through the API is not used to train OpenAI's models. OpenAI may retain it briefly for abuse monitoring before deleting it.
Please don't put anything highly sensitive into AI-powered fields — medical details, financial account information, or anyone else's personal information. Once text leaves your device for processing, we can't pull it back.
We don't collect your contacts, photos, location, health data, or browsing activity outside the app.
That's the full list. We do not use your information for advertising or profiling.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We share it only with the service providers that make the app run:
These providers may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if we're legally required to, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.
Both are bound by contract to use your information only to provide these services to us.
We keep your account and content for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information and your saved content from our active systems within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and are fully cleared within 90 days. We may keep a minimal record of the transaction where the law requires it.
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Settings → Account → Delete Account. You don't have to email us or ask permission. If you'd rather we did it for you, write to osama.0035@gmail.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel that separately: on iPhone, in Settings under your name → Subscriptions; on Android, in the Google Play app under your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or take it elsewhere in a portable format. Email osama.0035@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you're in the EU or UK, our legal bases are performing our contract with you (running your account), our legitimate interests (keeping the app secure), and your consent where we ask for it. You may complain to your local data protection authority.
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is completely secure, so we can't promise perfect protection — but if a breach affects your information, we'll tell you and the relevant regulator as required by law.
Palpable isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact osama.0035@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than yours, including where our hosting provider operates. Where we transfer data out of the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and for anything significant we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
